Well after about 15 minutes of waiting he came back to let me know he could not issue the refund since it was purchased on. The process repeated itself a good 5 times before somebody was finally able to assist me.īasically, the last Xbox rep I spoke to said that they understood my concern and would issue a refund. I just spent the past 2 and a half hours speaking to Xbox support, who would in turn refer me back to Microsoft Store support, etc. ![]() I had a few support agents "confirm" that it was indeed the windows 10 code, however that's not the case. Turns out, it was only the Xbox version even though it said 'and Windows 10'.
